The price decreases as the group fills up — the more participants, the lower the cost. Carefully selected accommodations: charming lodging in the Dadès Valley, luxury bivouac in the dunes of Merzouga, hotel with pool in Ouarzazate.
Price based on double or triple room, full board excluding beverages. Single supplement: +150 €/person, subject to availability at the time of booking.

The itinerary is optimized to make the most of the desert while respecting flight schedules. It remains flexible based on road conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances — your comfort and experience come first.

Booking
Registration is free. The departure is officially confirmed once 6 participants have paid their deposit.
At that time, you'll receive a notification and have 48 hours to pay your 30% deposit of the total stay amount — by bank transfer or secure payment link — to permanently secure your place.
The 70% balance and any selected options should be paid in cash (euros) upon arrival in Marrakech, before the tour departure. These amounts are an integral part of your commitment to participate in the stay.
Any participant who fails to pay the balance due upon arrival will be unable to participate in the tour. No refund of the paid deposit will be issued in this case.

Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation on your part, the following fees apply:
● More than 30 days before departure: deposit fully refunded.
● 30 to 21 days before departure: 20% of total stay amount + 50 € processing fee.
● 20 to 7 days before departure: 50% of total stay amount + 50 € processing fee.
● 6 to 3 days before departure: 75% of total stay amount + 50 € processing fee.
● Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of total stay amount.
These terms account for accommodation, transport, and organization costs already incurred. The price tier is permanently locked on the registration closing date. After this deadline, the above cancellation terms apply without exception.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and unforeseen circumstances is strongly recommended. It remains the participant's responsibility and is not included in the tour price.
