The itinerary is optimized to make the most of the desert while respecting flight schedules. It remains flexible based on road conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances — your comfort and experience come first.

Booking
Registration is free. The departure is officially confirmed once 6 participants have paid their deposit.
At that moment, you'll receive a notification and have 48 hours to pay your 30% deposit of the total trip amount — by bank transfer or secure payment link — to definitively secure your place.
The balance of 70% and any selected options must be paid in cash (euros) upon arrival in Marrakech, before the tour departure. These amounts are an integral part of your commitment to participate in the trip.
Any participant failing to pay the balance due upon arrival will be unable to take part in the tour. No refund of the paid deposit will be issued in this case.

Cancellation Terms
In case of cancellation on your part, the following fees apply:
● More than 30 days before departure: full deposit refunded.
● 30 to 21 days before departure: 20% of total trip amount + 50 € processing fee.
● 20 to 7 days before departure: 50% of total trip amount + 50 € processing fee.
● 6 to 3 days before departure: 75% of total trip amount + 50 € processing fee.
● Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of total trip amount.
These terms account for accommodation, transport, and organization costs already incurred. The pricing tier is definitively locked on the registration closing date. After that deadline, the above cancellation conditions apply without exception.

Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, and unforeseen events is highly recommended. It remains the responsibility of the participant and is not included in the trip price.
