Rate based on double or triple room, full board excluding drinks. Single supplement: +150 €/person, subject to availability at the time of booking.

Booking

• Registration is free.

• The departure is officially confirmed once 6 participants have paid their deposit.

• At that time, you receive a notification and have 48 hours to pay your 30% deposit of the total stay amount — by bank transfer or secure payment link — and thus definitively secure your place.

• The remaining 70% as well as any chosen options must be paid in cash (euros) upon arrival in Marrakech, before the tour departure.

• These amounts are an integral part of your commitment to participate in the stay. Any participant not paying the balance due upon arrival will be unable to take part in the tour. No refund of the deposit paid will be made in this case.

Cancellation conditions

In case of cancellation on your part, the following fees apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: deposit fully refunded.

• 30 to 21 days before departure: 20% of total stay amount + 50 € administrative fee.

• 20 to 7 days before departure: 50% of total stay amount + 50 € administrative fee.

• 6 to 3 days before departure: 75% of total stay amount + 50 € administrative fee.

• Less than 72 hours before departure: 100% of total stay amount.

These conditions take into account accommodation, transport and organization costs already incurred.

The rate tier is definitively fixed on the registration closing date.

After this deadline, the above cancellation conditions apply without exception.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses and unforeseen circumstances is highly recommended. It remains the responsibility of the participant and is not included in the stay rate.
